Need to change or cancel your tee time?
Please follow the cancellation policies.
The deadline for cancelling via email on the website is noon on Friday (two days prior to the play day). Cancellations after that time you must call the the Pro-shop directly at 303-409-2400 beginning Saturday morning.
For all Tournaments, the deadline for cancellation is one week prior to the tournament. In case of emergency, it is requested you contact the Tournament Chair.
In your message, please complete the required infomration and include the date you are canceling.
This form is sent directly to the Tee Time Chairs.
It is important that cancellations are communicated to the pro-shop to make sure foursomes are full to allow the pro shop to open times to the public following our league.
